About Us
About Our Quality and Cuisine
At SouvlakiBar, we take pride in serving high-quality Greek specialties and authentic dishes with recipes passed down from our ancestors. We use only fresh ingredients, not frozen, as well as locally-sourced produce and meats. Everything is made in our kitchens!
The main attractions, Souvlaki and Gyro (pronounced yee-ro), are made fresh-to-order each day from grade “A” quality meats. You have your options to choose from: enjoy your souvlaki or gyro in a warm pita wrap, over a Greek salad or in your custom-made Greek bowl. Our fresh-cut fries will have you coming back for more! For the Feta lovers, you can add this savory Greek cheese to any of your selections, including the fries! To sweeten your palate, we offer our housemade Greek Baklava, made fresh each week.
The owners of SouvlakiBar want to offer a fresh, casual, and affordable alternative way to satisfy your hunger for Greek food without the long wait or the high price. The Greek diet is widely recognized as one of the healthiest cuisines and styles of eating. Greece is home to many of the longest living people on earth. We offer the keys to longevity to you. Come and enjoy our food. Eat like a Greek!
A Souvlaki walks into a Bar and asks a Yeero, “who’s the most popular one of all?”
Souvlaki and Yeero are two of the most popular food selections at Greek festivals throughout the world. It is at these local festivals where we share our heritage, culture and love of Greek cuisine with the general public. Local Greek communities come together once or twice a year to dance, sing, eat, drink and indeed cook together; sharing recipes handed down from our parents and grandparents.
Here at SouvlakiBar, we decided to bring these authentic traditional recipes to you, our friends and neighbors, so that you may enjoy the delicious Greek flavors of fresh-tasting combinations of lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sea salt and olive oil without waiting for the next Greek festival. This is where “Festive Greek” cuisine became our passion and thus our concept was born.
Let us know …… who’s the most popular one of all?
